Eligibility information is taken from the Australian Government ROVER Specialist and Enthusiast Vehicles (SEV) Register as at 23 October 2026. A listing on the SEV Register does not by itself mean a particular vehicle can be complied. The exact vehicle must match the entry (model code, build date, variant and any conditions), and compliance requires an approved Model Report for that vehicle, and the workshop must have access to it. Contact J-Import to confirm before you buy.
Importing a Nissan NV350 Caravan?
Send us the auction sheet or export certificate and we’ll confirm eligibility and compliance.
Can I import a Nissan NV350 Caravan into Australia?
The Nissan NV350 Caravan is listed on the SEV Register for the model codes and build dates shown above. Your vehicle must match an entry exactly, including variant details and any notes, and you’ll need a Vehicle Import Approval before it is shipped.
Who complies the vehicle once it arrives?
J-Import Auto Compliance is a Registered Automotive Workshop (RAW-000151) in Greenacre, Sydney. We confirm the vehicle is covered by an approved Model Report, carry out the compliance work, and arrange the inspection and entry on the Register of Approved Vehicles (RAV).
How do I check my exact vehicle?
Send us the chassis number, model code and build date, or the auction sheet or export certificate. We’ll check it against the register entries and Model Reports and let you know before you commit.
Can someone source the car for me in Japan?
Yes. Our retail partner My Car Choice can source and import the vehicle for you, and J-Import then handles the compliance.
